Returns:-
Should you be unhappy in any way about your purchase then you are welcome to return it to us in its ORIGINAL packaging and UNUSED. It is the purchasers responsibility to pay for the return postage costs.
Should your product become faulty in anyway (within the warranty period, that is from the day of purchase) then you are more than welcome to return it for a refund/exchange. We will refund any 'reasonable' postage charge incurred by the customer either by discounting the return against an upgraded replacement or a refund to the customer. ALL returns should be accompanied by a cover note explaining fully the problem/fault with the product and also include your contact details and original receipt of purchase.
You MUST contact us before you return an item using the contact us form so that we can confirm/acknowledge the return.
In the event that the product is out of stock then we will either replace to equal quality, or issue a refund. Either way we will contact you before taking any action.
We comply with the DSR (Distance Selling Regulations) that came into force October 31st 2000, which give the customer a 7 day cooling off period.
Note that this returns address will only accept returns by royal mail method of posting. Royal Mail will NOT ACCEPT returns by external courier.
