- Your right to cancel;

Cancelling your order / Changing your mind

You have the right to cancel your order prior to despatch and anytime up to 7 days after receipt of the goods. You must put this in writing to us by email, by using the Contact Us link located on the homepage of our website.

If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been despatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost and we strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery/ Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on this website.

- The product must remain sealed
- The product must remain unused
- The goods must be returned with all packaging. You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them in their original and undamaged condition
- The product is returned with its original receipt/invoice

 Goods excluded from the right to cancel:

- Unsealed products such as computer software, computer hardware, computer flash memory, memory cards etc. A customer does not need to remove a product from sealed packaging to see if the product is fit for purpose or it is compatible for their own or third parties use.

You must take full care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit otherwise this may preclude you from obtaining a refund.

Once you have notified us that you are returning your order and we have issued you with a RMA number, once we have received the goods back undamaged, you will be refunded or credited within a maximum of 28 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your payment card for the goods (excluding any return postage costs) .

- If you return used goods then we have the right to refuse with immediate effect unless the goods are faulty.

Faulty or incorrectly described goods

In the case of faulty or incorrectly described goods please notify us (as described in this section), return the goods yourself at your own cost and risk, in this case, we strongly recommend you use secure packaging and an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.

All goods returned as faulty will be checked and if found to have no fault will be returned to you. No refund will be processed until the returned goods have been received back into our warehouse and fully checked.

Exchange of goods

You are welcome to exchange any goods purchased from this website provided they meet the criteria set out in the section 'Cancelling your order / Changing your mind' and criteria set out in the section 'Obtaining a Returns Authorisation Number' located on this page.

We have the right to charge a return administration and carriage fee of £1.50 for an exchange of goods.

Obtaining a Returns Authorisation Number

You must prior to returning any goods received obtain a Returns Authorisation number (RMA) by calling emailing us via the Contact Us link on the homepage or Contact Us link located at the bottom of the homepage. Failure to do so will result in your return being refused unless we agree otherwise. Please note - Once you have been issued with a returns reference you must return the goods to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA, otherwise this may result in a delay processing your refund. It may take up to 5 working days for us to reply to your request for an RMA number.

Return the goods,  with your RMA number (please write this clearly on the outside of the packaging)  to the following address;

Please also include a copy of your invoice with your return and again, please write your RMA number on this copy invoice.

Errors and Omissions

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error please let us know via our link on the homepage or Contact Us link located at the bottom of the homepage section

Occasionally an error may occur within our website, and goods may be incorrectly priced in which case under current UK Law we are not obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.

We can accept no responsibility for information or opinions from third-parties, contained within this site, or for the content of links from this site.

Product photographs are for illustration only, products may differ from those shown. Descriptions are supplied by the manufactuer and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to despatch, for whatever reason.

Offers, prices, specifications and services are subject to change. All goods subject to availability.

The Distance Selling Regulations allow you to withdraw from any purchase made from us at any time 7 working days after the date you receive the item.

If you the customer, wants to return an unwanted purchase and it remains unopened and unused, as there is no error on our part we will refund the purchase but we will not refund your delivery costs. A customer does not need to remove a product from sealed packaging to see if the product is fit for purpose or it is compatible for their own or third parties use.

Deliveries

We will not be held responsible for delays on deliveries. We will not be held responsible for missing deliveries if the incorrect address is supplied by the customer and we have posted to this supplied address.

- Missing items. We will replace any items that fail to arrive to the customer after 15 working days from despatch, by us. Royal Mail state in their Terms & Conditions, that items will be classed/agreed and understood to be/as lost after 15 working days from posting date. We cannot and will not issue any replacements until this deadline has passed. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are agreeing to accepting these Royal Mail Terms & Conditions.

- Missed items/Missed Delivery. If you are unable to take a delivery for any reason, i.e you are not available/present at the premises when the delivery is attempted then your package may be returned to the delivery courier/postal service's sorting office/depot. You may be required to re-arrange collection of your package at your own convenience/arrangement. We will not be responsible for any missed deliveries at any premises. If your package is returned to us, due to you, the customer failing to collect/re-arrange a new delivery date/schedule with the courier/postal service then we reserve the right to conduct one of the following;
i) If you agree to us re-sending your item once it arrives back to us, then we reserve the right to issue you the customer with a 'reasonable' return postage/carriage charge to cover our cost of re-sending the item, packaging fees and administration fee. We will inform you in writing about this and request your consent to issue/charge you this charge.
ii) If you request a refund, then we have the right to deduct a re-stocking fee on postage/carriage free purchases, from the original purchase price of the sale, to cover our initial outgoing postage/carriage/courier charges. We will inform you/notify you of this cost to us, in writing to you, before processing the refund to your original payment method.
iii) If you have paid for Royal Mail Special Delivery or an additonal Courier on top of the purchase/product price, then we will deduct this amount in full (cost paid by the customer) from the original sale amount. We will inform you/notify you in writing before processing the refund. We will refund you in full for the item value purchase you paid on this website, at the time of purchase or what is on your invoice.

*Royal Mail Special Delivery. To qualify for this service we need to receive payment by 12pm Monday-Friday. Royal Mail will deliver to your delivery address before 1pm the following working day. If your order is received and paid for on a Friday weekday using Royal Mail Special Delivery then we will advise that deilvery will be Monday. It has been known for Royal Mail to attempt a delivery Saturday when a customer pays for Special Delivery but we cannot guarantee this. If your order is received after 1pm Friday then we will despatch your order the following Monday using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

In the unlikely event that the product you purchase is out of stock and you opt for Special Delivery then we will inform you in writing as soon as is reasonable, and give you the following options:

a) Keep your order active with us, refund you the Special Delivery charge and send your order to you Royal Mail Special Delivery when the item arrives to stock. We will give you as accurate estimated delivery date as we can, provided by the supplier, not necessarily guaranteed.
b) Refund you in full for your purchase.

Discounts:

From time to time we may offer discounts on our website, on/via 3rd parties, on/via external websites, on/via promotional products, on/via products or any other means, in the form of a discount code for use on this website. We reserve the right to withdraw offers or discounts, at any time, without any prior notice to the customer.

You cannot use any discount codes retrospectively.

Discount codes may be limited to one per customer.

Discount codes may be limited to use within a certain period, i.e have an expiry date.

Expiry dates may not necessarily be indicated on/via 3rd parties, on/via external websites, on/via promotional products, on/via products or any other means.

Sales of Tools:

By purchasing this type/any tool product (by tool product we mean products with blades/sharp edges/items of this type, not necessarily limited to) you are agreeing and declaring that you are over the age of 18. Product to be used responsibly and appropriately in accordance with the manufacturers guides. We will not be held responsible in anyway for damage or injury caused by using this type of product.
