We offer a ‘Buy It And Try It For 30 Days’ policy for ultimate peace of mind.

This means you can use your item for 30days on receipt and if you’re not completely satisfied with it, you can return your item(s)/order for a no quibble refund.

Buying goods such as RAM/SSD/Memory Cards can often carry an element of ‘risk’ for the customer. You’re not sure of the performance benefits/if it will work/fit/be as described etc, so we have introduced our ‘Buy It And Try It For 30 Days’ policy.

Buy an SSD for your Apple Mac/Desktop/Laptop/Netbook – try It for 30 days. If it’s not what you expected return the item for a refund.
Buy a RAM Memory upgrade for your Apple Mac/Desktop/Laptop/Netbook – try It for 30 days. If it’s not what you expected return the item for a refund.
Buy a Memory Card for your SmartPhone/Mobile/Camera/Camcorder – try It for 30 days. If it’s not what you expected return the item for a refund.
Buy a Flash Drive for your SmartPhone/Apple Mac/Desktop/Laptop/Netbook – try It for 30 days. If it’s not what you expected return the item for a refund.

The above are just a selection of examples, of items that you may wish to purchase against our ‘Buy It And Try It For 30 Days’ policy for ultimate peace of mind. Some obvious goods are excluded, which are listed below.

Buy It And Try It For 30 Days’ Policy Goods Excluded From The Right To Cancel:

- All Customised/made to order USBs
- All Customised/made to order Memory Cards
- Headphones
- Earphones
- Server Memory (located on this url; /server-memory)
- Server SSDs (located on this url; /server-ssd)
- Encrypted USBs (located on this url; /encrypted)
- Windows To Go USBs (located on this url; /windows-to-go)
- Items located within our sale section (located on this url; /sale-clearance)
- Damaged items***
- Items in an un-sellable/not in re-sellable condition***

***You must take reasonable care of any items in your possession. We cannot accept any items back that are damaged as a result of misuse meaning they’re in an un-sellable condition.

The Return Of Items

Using our ‘Buy It And Try It For 30 Days Policy’ you must;

- Return items with all packaging
- Return items in a re-sellable condition
- Return items undamaged
- Return items with all packaging and instructions
- Return items with your invoice
- Package the return sufficiently to avoid any damage in transit
- Ensure you clear and delete all data from a storage product such as an SSD/Memory Card/USB Flash Drive etc
- Obtain a proof of posting for the return*
- We will refund you the item amount paid only.
- We will not refund any original postage costs paid on purchase.
- FreePost is only available if we are notified within 30 days that you wish to cancel your order/return your item.
- Advise us in writing using our ‘contact us’ page that you wish to return your item
- Wait for us to acknowledge you in writing that we will accept your return

Failing to meet any of the above, means we reserve the right to refuse your return.

*You must obtain a proof of posting for all returns.

Goods Excluded From The Right To Cancel In General:

- Customised orders made and tailored to your specific requirements
- Custom made/Customised goods such as; Customised USBs/ Customised Memory Cards*
- Encrypted USBs/Windows To Go USBs**
- Earphones/Headphones (these can be returned if they remained completely sealed)**

*These types of goods cannot be cancelled/returned.
** These types of goods can be returned but they must remain completely sealed, unopened and returned within 30days of receipt.
- Damaged items***
- Items in an un-sellable/not in re-sellable condition***

FreePost Returns

Using our 365Returns or ‘Buy It And Try It For 30 Days Policy’ and opting to use our FreePost Returns you must;

- Advise us in writing using our ‘contact us’ page that you wish to return your item
- Wait for us to acknowledge you in writing that we will accept your return where we will provide you with an RMA and the FreePost label
- This service applies to Royal Mail 2nd Class Post only
- You must obtain a proof of posting for the return*

*Failing to obtain and provide is with proof of posting on request means we reserve the right to decline your return. We would also need proof of posting to carry out any claims for non receipt to our premises on your behalf.
