Why are we continuing to process and take your orders?
MemoryCow operates strictly from a mail order premises, with no call in public customers allowed. We are following closely, monitoring, and implementing government guidelines in respect of working hours and staff working conditions. As more people work from home where possible (until further notice from the government), there is still a demand for memory product from our customers, so that they can continue to work (safely from home) and stay productive within their respective companies and organisations.
We receive daily deliveries from our courier and carriage partners. These partners have been instructed not to enter our premises, but leave deliveries for us, outside of our premises to ensure a safe working enviroment. A safe zone has been provided for these partners.
We receive daily collections from Royal Mail and other carriage partners. These partners have been instructed not to enter our premises, but collect your orders from a safe zone that has been provided for these partners.
Please kindly make allowances for our hard working delivery services that are doing their best during this difficult time where delivery times might be longer than you anticipate.
