Good packaging and working fine. Arrived quicker than expected so far no issues and laptop is a lot quicker now

Delivered quickly. Took a couple of minutes to install the new RAM. I doubled the RAM from 8 to 16GB. Lenovo All in one now working speedily like a new machine.

My computer would not accept the replacement. Turns out to be a computer fault. Vendor gave a full refund with no quibble. Excellent service!
