An aged cousin of mine complainted her Lenovo laptop running Windows 10 was sooooo slow. Impossible for me ( who knows a bit about PC's ) to visit her at the other end of the UK especially when under the Covid lock down. I manged to get her to determine that she only had 4GB of RAM. I am suprised her laptop even booted Windows 10. Memorycow told me exactly which 8GB upgrade DIMM would suit. Memorycow despatched the upgrade card immediatly which I received the following day. Managed to talk her through fitting the card which worked immediatly. The whole process was simple from my initial enquiry to resolving the problem. I myself have 2 old PC's in moth balls so now I'll give memory cow a call to see if thay can supply more RAM, faster hard disks and possible processors ( if they do them ) to take the PC's out of moth balls. That's how highly I rate this company from by first experience of using them.

Good service all around. I upgraded my laptop from 4GB RAM to 12GB RAM. I ordered incorrect RAM due to the computer model on my laptop being a little bit vague. And the memory cow's customer service sorted this out for me and I received the correct RAM the next day as well as refunded me the difference. Thank you again and I will definitely buy some stuff from here when I upgrade my other computers in the future.
