Top class product and service. Made a huge difference to an old laptop.

Originally ordered the 3400mhz version of this stick of RAM because of the price difference from amazon of nearly £12 for the same make and model. Rachel emailed me almost straight away to inform me that this isn't compatible with my laptop as I had supplied them with my make and model, and quickly sent me out a close match that would be compatible. Although this mistake delayed my shipping for a day, it was a much better outcome than finding out I had ordered the wrong hardware. Great work, couldn't recommend this company more.
