Well it was packed really well in a lovely antistatic bag which I will add not a lot of sellers do this. They sent me the ones i requested aswell i.e. the Samsung brand. Once I installed it I registered it with the BIOS and fired it up and now have stable gaming across all games i play which is great. Thanks to the guys at memory cow for helping select the right ram as i have a weird motherboard so thanks to Leigh for your help in making sure this was the right one.

I bought additional 16GB RAM for my brand new HP laptop as the installed 8GB was struggling already.
