Excellent service from MemoryCow. I ordered an incompatible module and MemoryCow exchanged it for a more suitable one with no issue. Will be using MemoryCow again. I would recommend.

Unfortunately I was not able to use the RAM as it was not correct for my machine. However the staff at MemoryCow recognised the issue, updated their database, and enabled me to return the memory for a full refund.

I have an HP laptop which only had a 4GB memory stick installed and trying to load internet pages or other programmes took so long it reminded me of the days of "Dial Up" internet. You could click on a tab then go away and have your lunch before the page loaded. The 8GB replacement memory stick I ordered from Memorycow worked well and dramatically increased the speed of my sluggish HP laptop. It is easy to install (if you know how to use a screwdriver to remove the laptop/PC cover). It was so good that I ordered another 8GB memory stick a couple of days later to take the laptop's RAM memory capacity to the maximum 16GB. Now it clicks between tabs instantly, irrespective of how many internet pages I have open at the same time. I can now also have several programmes running consecutively. It's definitely worth upgrading the RAM if you are stuck with a SLOW SLOW 4GB laptop like I was.
