365 Day Returns Policy

Our returns policy is very simple and flexible.  From the date you order your item, you have 365 days in which you can return your order for a full refund/exchange.

Goods Excluded From The Right To Cancel

- Custom made/Customised goods such as; Customised USBs/Memory Cards/SSDs
- Earphones/Headphones (these can be returned if they remained completely sealed)

- Encrypted USBs/Windows To Go USBs (these can be returned if they remained completely sealed)

What If I’ve Opened My Item?

That’s ok, so long as the product doesn’t fall within the ‘goods excluded from the right to cancel’ category. You must return your item with all packaging that was originally supplied and relevant documents.

What If I’ve Used My Item?

We cannot accept items back under our ‘365Returns Policy’ that have been used.

Used items have a 30 day returns window from the date you receive your item/s.

What is your ‘30 Day Buy It & Try It’ Scheme?

We allow buyers to purchase and test for 30 days, almost every item we sell, with the exception of a few select items which you can find on our ‘30 Day Try It And Buy It’ page.

Warranty Claims

If you feel you have a warranty claim, simply notify us via email, by using the contact form on our ‘contact us’ page, and we will advise you on how to return your order /items. We may in instances try and offer technical support before agreeing to a return. We may also ask you in instances to contact the manufacturer direct for technical support.
